Our food is a modern expression of Northern Californian cuisine, made with the best ingredients we can find in our area: plants grown from heirloom seeds; wild-harvested leaves, flowers, barks and roots; local fish, seaweeds and coastal grasses; pastured meat, poultry and eggs from local farmers. The cost of the tasting menu is $220 per guest when reservations are made through OpenTable, or guests can book in advance through the ticketing system at coirestaurant.com/tickets. Reservations of up to four are seated in the main dining rooms. Parties of five to eight guests are seated in the private dining room.
